Completion of high school and ten years of experience in the painting trade or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficient in the following specialty areas: plastering, gymnasium floor refinishing, parking lot striping and tennis court finishing. Four years of experience in planning and supervision of painters; formal training and experience in estimating, contracting and management required.
