Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of School Nutrition programs and USDA meal pattern regulations. Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and move boxes/pans. Occasionally, and withstand cold temperatures in a freezer. Must be organized and have outstanding attention to detail. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with the public.
Education and Training Required:
Associateās Degree, or higher, required. Eligible School Nutrition experience may be accepted in lieu of degree requirements. Registered Dietitian (RD) or nutrition education preferred.
