The Alamance-Burlington School System is
located in the Piedmont Triad, conveniently located along I-40 and only a few
hours from both the beach and the mountains. Our district serves approximately 23,000
students in grades K-12 in 36 schools as listed below: 20 elementary schools (grades K-5) 7 middle schools (grades 6-8) 6 traditional high schools (grades 9-12) ABSS Early College at Alamance Community College Ray Street Academy Career and Technical Education Center In addition to serving students in grades K-12, the district also has over 20 Pre-Kindergarten classrooms.
